Tracey, the lady was very hard working and thorough and was taking such a long time she had to call for help as the day was getting past her. But, this was the "deep cleaning" and she was excellent.

Recently, we had a change in staff and I am very impressed by her (Melissa) friendliness and her punctuality. She has proven to be thorough in her cleaning procedures and gives attention to her schedule of deep cleaning. In fact, I was so impressed by her that I called and requested she return as my cleaner on a regular basis.

Products clean without leaving a residue. It always smells nice when I walk in the house after a cleaning. The quality of the service is consostently excellent.

Most everything, can't think of anything I don't like.

I like them very much, the cinnamon is my favorite. Christina is the best cleaner that I have ever had. She has a great personality. And I look forward to her coming to my house every other Friday. She has a way of brightening my day!! She is also a very good trainer. You should definitely hold on to her!!

The staff is very friendly and timely listens to my needs and is very understanding and congenial since I work from home always makes sure that I am off phone prior to vacuming floors and makes sure does her work to insure does not interupt me if working. She comes in does a very good job with little or no interuptions!! I highly recomend Merry Maids to anybody that is in need of a cleaning service. The confidence in knowing that Merry Maids is insured gives me great peace of mind!! Thank you for keeping my house looking and smelling good!
