I loved the friendly staff and that they were more then willing to do everything the way I expected it to be done. It did not seem to matter how long it would take they were willing to take the time to make sure it was done right. My house felt and looked so much cleaner with their products. There were no strong smells from different cleaning products. I loved the fact I don't have to worry about my children and pets with chemicals that my be harmful to them. I honest love everything about the service and the ladies, they are the best.

I think my favorite thing about the service I receive from Merry Maids is Cecelia, the lady that comes to my home every other Friday. She is professional and does an excellent job cleaning my home. Not only is she professional but her personality is warm and cheerful. It is a pleasure to see her at my door on my scheduled day. She is extremely flexible and "rolls with the punches" with a smile on her face when she is delayed or interrupted due to something beyond my control. I also appreciate the professionalism and courtesy provided to me by Teresa, Evie, and the other ladies at the office when handling required schedule changes or making the bi-weekly phone call to remind me of my service appointment. Merry Maids is thorough and my house always smells fresh and clean when I arrive home after a scheduled cleaning appointment.

I like Vicke. She is terrific. I do wish you would use some products with bleach in them. I do have to bleach some mildew spots in between cleanings.

I like the steam cleaning on mytile and wood floors. I also like the way my merry maid associate, Melissa, throughly pays attention to the "deep"cleaning in my home. I love the way my house smells after her cleaning. Even though our pricing has again gone up with their fees, the increase is not such that I would discontinue my cleaning.
