I would like to have my wood floor in the livingroom clean with water first and than with a wood cleaner we have on hand, if this is OK with you. So far there are no complaints. Twice they were scheduled too late in the day. We preferany time of from 10AM to 1PM as start times.

Mostly just Melissa who is our regular cleaner. She is very thorough and knows how I like everything done. It's obvious that she takes pride in her work.
