We are thrilled with Merry Maids and have made referrals to neighbors and friends. We just miss Melissa. Melissa always did a super job. Monica has improved in the past two cleaning but we where spoiled with Monica. However, having Monica cleaning will not stop us from making referrals.

the job was well done. I did see where they did not clean the rocker/glider. I would like to have my wood floor in the livingroom clean with water first and than with a wood cleaner we have on hand, if this is OK with you. So far there are no complaints. Twice they were scheduled too late in the day. We preferany time of from 10AM to 1PM as start times.

Mostly just Melissa who is our regular cleaner. She is very thorough and knows how I like everything done. It's obvious that she takes pride in her work.

I know that a thorough cleaning is done each visit. I also know that my cleaner is very punctual and I always have a reminder call for each cleaning visit.
