Dawn has done an OUTSTANDING job cleaning our home. She is thorough, attentive to detail, and conscientious. She goes the extra mile in doing little things like straightening our shoes and the baby's toys, and telling me when she finds items such as a baby pacifier we thought was lost. Additionally, she is always pleasant, friendly, and kind. We are lucky to have her!

Our cleaner was Maria Bilgo. She was sooooo sweet and hardworking. I feel like i could have talked to her for hours. She was wonderful. She told me at one point that she didnt think she could get a stain out in our tub, but she didnt give up and moved on to other rooms, she stayed in the bathroom til she got that stain out which it took her about 10 mins, our tub looks brand new, we were really impressed. The 1-10 scale is fine some people but not for Maria, it should read 1-1000, and she should get 1000. My husband and i felt bad that we could only afford to give her $5 tip, cause she deserves sooooooooooo much more. The next time we get Merry Maids, we would like to have Maria Bilgo, a treasure to the company. I also want to recognize the other cleaners at Merry Maids that we got in the past--they also deserve higher scores than 10 also. We never had a problem with anybody. Thankx soooo much. Before i forget...please give Maria a HUGE raise...she deserves it.

They are very nice and they get the job done

Kirsten is excellent. She (like Sandy before her) does quite a thorough job and we are very pleased to have her assigned to us. It is so wonderful to come home to a clean house, looking great and smelling so fresh. The telephone receptionists are always very pleasant and accommodating to our wishes and needs as well. We love Casandra; always helpful and appears to be so well organized and thoughtful.
