I like the woman who cleans our house. Her name is Dawn and she does a fabulous job! I also appreciate that the vacuum used is on the back. It is less likely to bump into furniture

Our only concern has been that there has recently been confusion about who is coming and at what time--someone tells us one thing and someone else tells us something else. I have felt the need to call and confirm in order to get the correct info on the day of service

Sandra and Margarita do such a wonderful job cleaning my house! I can't say enough good things. They are fast and efficient, and yet my house looks and feels like a hotel after they are done. It feels light and airy and so comfortable to be in. Additionally, Sandra and Margarita are very sweet, courteous, respectful and professional to work with - I enjoy their company. They go above and beyond every time. Simple things like fluffing my pillows or bringing in my trash cans means the world to me and do not go unnoticed.

Hiring Merry maids has been such a huge help for me as I am disabled and have difficulty with regular cleaning. It gives me peace of mind of knowing when and how my house will be cleaned, and look forward to it every time.

The cleaning team is prompt. They perform the cleaning. If I have special requests, they're very willing to attend to them.
They do not use "chemically" smelling products but soft clean smells. Not objectionable.

Dawn is phenomenal. We couldn't ask for anything more. She is immensely thorough, conscientious, friendly, and respectful. Our house is spotless when she is done. There are so many little details that would be easy to skip over, but it is never lost on me that she takes the time to attend to these things (eg, vacuuming our bathroom throw rug, vacuuming our couches, which are dark and show light lint easily, letting me know if/when she finds stray baby toys under furniture (things we'd been missing and were glad to see again!), etc etc. We are so grateful to have Dawn in our life!
