Very good attention to detail and very flexible!

Very thorough and use non-scented products-a must for me since I am allergic to all chemicals.

The service is great 98 percent of the time. However, once in a while the maids/masters use an old cleaning cloth in the bathrooms or kitchen that smells really bad--probably too many uses and it should have been thrown out. Please encourage them to pay attention and get a new rag or cleaning cloth if the old one smells bad from overuse. Also, I have started asking them not to change the plastic trash bags in our trash cans if they are empty or almost empty, since usually that means I just changed the trash bags. But over the years the vast majority of your employees have been hard workers, very responsible and very pleasant. I feel I can trust them alone in my house when I'm gone, and that piece of mind means a lot as well.

Well this was my first cleaning but everything looked very good.

Consistent service each time; however, our new associate assigned to our home has a lovely personality, high quality of work but can be a bit slow at times. Perhaps our home is a two person job?

The house always looks clean afterward. I like that each time she comes, she gives extra attention to certain rooms. I like that you provide the cleaning products and tools.

One concern I have is that her late afternoon arrival time is not the most convenient for us.
