The staff are very easy to work with. The cleaning is sometimes disappointing because they don't clean under furniture or kitchen tables and corners and what should our expectations be re: dusting? I'm not talking about moving furniture but they can access underneath without hurting themselves.. Should the cleaners be dusting our hanging ceiling lights or underneath our clawfoot bathtub? That is done zero times. The things they clean, kitchen floor, oven, bathroom stuff , they do well.

This was our first time so I needed to ask lots of questions about how she did things, like the oven and stove, floors and counters. She didn't do a few things we had thought would be done throughout the house. The fan and chandeliers in the kitchen. Kaley was very helpful in explaining what she had done and the products she had used. Very good first experience.

Meghan is on time, usually. And she is very helpful with my requests. I would like to see her pay attention to the lime build-up around my kitchen sink and faucet. AND TO BE SURE THAT MY WINDOW SHADES ARE NOT PUT ON THE WINDOW CRANKS.
