It is especially nice to have the same person cleaning each time. In this case Dawn. I know that she will do a thorough job and is certainly very dependable and personable.

Your Cleaning Service is reliable. You will go out of your way to get our home cleaned in spite of illness, car break-downs, bad weather and (presumed) staff shortages.
The cleaners do quite a good job, but occasionally I notice some things overlooked. For example, often the furniture (bedside stands, headboard and dressers) in the master bedroom is NOT DUSTED.This needs some attention.
