Products are safe, people are friendly. I tried some other services and they treated me as if they were doing me a favor. Merry maids are professional, respectful, and efficient.

Dawn always is very thorough and conscientious with her cleaning. She also is very personable and friendly.

Megan has done a wonderful job cleaning our house every other week. She is consistent and does little things that we really appreciate. The office also does a nice job of checking in and we are happy to confirm that we are enjoy our clean home each time they call. Requests are honored as to products used also.

Coming home to a clean house

It's so nice to come home and find the whole place clean and fresh. Merry Maids has allowed me to spend more time doing the things I enjoy instead of working constantly. I have also needed time to recover from an aggravated injury in the last year, and not doing housework has been very helpful. When I run into staff they are always friendly. A few of them do extras like taking out the trash and folding the towels. My cat does not seem upset or troubled by "intruders" when I am gone. Thanks for your hard work!

Your services are very responsive - solutions to concerns or issues are offered immediately. Kristin is very likable and is willing to help with small additional requests. For example, a house guest had burned something on my glass cooktop that I was unable to get off. I asked Kristin if she had something to clean it with - she did and my stove top looked almost brand new. The products used must be quite good as there does not seem to be any build up or residue anywhere on my floors or furniture.

The new cleaners, Margarita and Sandra, did a meticulous job. they showed very good attention to detail and also did the large cleaning properly
