The team is great! They are efficient, thorough and professional (as well as warm and friendly!). The best part is, while the house "sparkles", it doesn't have a hospital or "disinfectant-heavy" smell when they are done.

Will be glad when you guys get enough people working. The gals who were here really didn’t spend enough time. They didn’t clean my basement bathroom. In the main floor bathroom they didn’t clean the top of the shower doors. I know you are short staffed so I hope things improve in the future.

The house always smells so fresh and clean!!

I appreciate how the company weathered the COVID-19 situation - suspended service when it was appropriate but then reinstated it with safety measures as soon as was reasonable. Communication was good in both instances, even with a tight timeline on both ends.

Will kept in touch during scheduling of service. Betty worked efficiently and shined the interior glass surfaces. The kitchen cabinets were refreshed with a wood conditioner that has a great feel, non greasy and restored the wood finish. There was no soapy residue on the laminate floors and wood work. The house smelled clean but not overpowering. The entire house was "spic and span" in four hours. I didn't get to meet Betty but I found Will to be professional with a nice personal touch. He responded to my call within the hour and I found him to be honest and forthcoming. I recommend the Warrenton Merry Maids and am grateful for their service during a pandemic. Thank you to Will and Betty.
