The products are quite effective - especially the ones used on the stove and windows - no streaking and everything is beautifully clean. They could smell better, though. I appreciate the efficiency and the checklist - you definitely stay on task and miss nothing. The little vacuum that is used to clean under furniture needs a boost in power, though. I'm going to provide a swiffer pad with long handle to the crew - I think that'll help capture more of the dust from the wood floors.

As with most business, it'S all about the people. We were "OK" with the service Merry Maids has provided over the years... then you sent us Jacobie! What a noticable difference... she really "cares" about her work, is so pleasant and even tollerates our two Labs! The attention to detail is extremely noticable. Top marks!

everything they did a great job

As I think I may have said before, it's great to come in from work and find the "homestead" is clean an' smellin' good and I can relax. I don't know what products the ladies use,but they appear to do a good job. I have no complaints !
