The team we have (Margaret and Kellie) do a wonderful job at our house and are friendly, as well. The products they use achieve the needed effect and leave no lingering fragrance. (A good thing if you’re sensitive to some smells.). The office folks are always willing to accommodate a change in schedule and are quick to remedy a problem if it arises.
The team of 3 sent to do the cleaning were professional and thorough. We were very pleased with the job and no "harsh chemical" smells when they were done.

Very efficient, go above and beyond. I always notice the small details that are not included in the cleaning service. The products used are fantastic and make everything clean and ready for the weekend and/or holidays. It's like coming home to a 5 star hotel.

I like that you care enough to ask and then attend to anythign that I have not found to be well done. I really appreciate that. I do think that the contract needs to be amended as some fo the rooms are usually unable to be done due to books and files everywhere. So I would like to address that at some point. We are very satisfied with the cleaning service. The crew we got are the best.
