Betty and Val were terrific. It was a hard long overdue "deep clean", and they were in it to win it, which I appreciated. True elbow grease on woodwork and kitchen appliances, thorough and took the initiative to lift rugs, and move furniture for wood floors. I've scheduled monthly cleans for the future, and look forward to a long working relationship with Merry Maids!

I hardly ever give anyone a 10, so there's that. But I would say Linda is exceptional at her job. So glad we have her to help us here. Thank you!

They do a great job each time.

We were incredibly pleased at how clean our house looked after our first service.

I really enjoyed my deep cleaning with Merry Maids and plan to continue with monthly spot cleanings moving forward.

-The ladies who came to our home were on time and ready to go with all of their own supplies
-They were great with our chocolate labs who were excited to see new people but didn't like the vacuum
-They thoroughly cleaned the trouble areas in the house (especially baseboards/trim)

The only negatives that we reviewed and corrected for next time:

-Their instructions did not include our kitchen or mud room, although it was discussed/included in my phone consultation
-We found one damaged picture frame later that day

kind attendants and although they are different staff each month, they all clean to suit the needs.

In the past few months there has been more structure to my regularly scheduled cleanings...a text the business day proceeding as well as a follow-up, check-in! This has led to better flow for me and provided me with an opportunity to discuss any challenges!

I also LOVE coming home to clean, shiny floors and the subtle smell of freshness!!

Dependable friendly employees. Kitchens and bathrooms especially well done. They clean my microwave and wipe my refrigerator handles, things I probably would overlook. They empty all trash containers and remove to outside container. I don't know much about products used except for ZEP which does good job on floors.

I think it all has to do with linking up the right cleaners to the right clients. Some just learn what certain clients want most. The bottom line is that no cleaning service is going to be able to clean like you do yourself—but they know what’s necessary to keep the house looking it’s best for you or if anyone drops over. What I like about Merry Maids is that they hire honest, hard-working cleaners and they try hard to match you up to those that work the best for you. The office staff is great at handling problems and schedules and seem to make adjustments when needed. Would definitely recommend you try them. I’ve used them for 6 years now but have unfortunately moved to a place where they are not available.

The cleaning was very good and very thorough. I would prefer to have products that have a “clean” smell instead of no scent products, so that the house has that fresh cleaned smell, but i don’t mind them using my own products for my home.
This was just my first cleaning, it would be nice to actually have a conversation with the cleaners the first time, some people may not want or need it, but it could be offered to the customers because there may be some areas of the house that need extra/less cleaning.

The girls were very friendly and did a great job at cleaning.

Everything smelled good and hard to reach places were finally clean, which was such a relief.

I walked into my house after it had been cleaned and it smelled clean.

That someone besides me is doing it. Products are fine no strong smells.
