I like that you care enough to ask and then attend to anythign that I have not found to be well done. I really appreciate that. I do think that the contract needs to be amended as some fo the rooms are usually unable to be done due to books and files everywhere. So I would like to address that at some point. We are very satisfied with the cleaning service. The crew we got are the best.

Most people work all week and clean house on weekends. I love that my weekends can be spent doing things I love to do. It’s wonderful coming home after a day of work or play to a sparkling clean house.

The office personnel are great about reworking the schedule to fit our needs. The ladies are always pleasant, arrive in the timeframe indicated and do the job in an efficient manner. The occasional times we've had concerns have been addressed immediately and to our satisfaction.

Merry maids does a great job. They show up on time and have been flexible with our cleaning schedule for our short term rental which is constantly changing. Communication via text message with the schedule coordinators works best for us. Glad to have Merry Maids on speed dial for all our cleaning needs, we’d be buried in work without them!

I like that you follow up, the ladies are pleasant and polite, fast and efficient. They could perhaps dust a little more thoroughly. Also, aren't they supposed to vacuum every soft surface, chairs, etc.? Thank you.
