I love how professional Merry Maids are. They are prompt and stick to their schedule. The women that come into my home are very nice and proficient at doing their job. They are so pleasant to chat with and my home is ALWAYS sparkling when they leave. The office is always in touch with me to make sure I am happy with their work. I feel like they are part of my family and make my life so much easier. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Customer service at Merry Maids is outstanding and it starts the moment you call. The front office staff is amazing - always helpful and friendly. When I came home after my home was cleaned, there was such a wonderful fragrance throughout the house and it was completely spotless! I am so impressed with Merry Maids that I have already referred them to other friends and associates.

They use quality products to clean and have invested in top notch equipment. This company puts the customer first and has a very high level of excellence. You are always on time. You do what you say you are going to do. You are flexible at the last minute if I ask if something else can be done like cleaning my refrigerator, etc.

I did not get to see the final product since I already moved out of the home but I appreciated them fitting me into their busy and booked schedule! It was super helpful and I heard the final walk through went great so I am sure the house was sparking!

We recently needed additional service on short notice. You were able to provide both an additional house cleaning and a complete cleaning of all our windows within 3 days of our request. The result of both services was excellent. Thank you for being able to provide such excellent service on such short notice.

First, the ladies (2) assigned to do the cleaning arrived on time - 5 min into 'arrival window'. Second, I was skeptical at first as to how good a job the ladies would do, knowing how much work/cleaning the house needed. To my surprise, and delight, the ladies did a truly fantastic and professional job! They worked hard from minute they walked in to minute they left, and they worked long! The house looks and feels clean, everywhere. Kudos Samina and April!

I like everything Merry Maids did, in particular cleaning our glass enclosed shower. Sparkling, top to bottom, including some floor stains we had never been able to get out.
