I think the services provided by the 2 MM staff, Edwin &Guina (sp?), were very good, looking at the rooms/areas cleaned. I'm sorry I was engaged on the phone with the VA Dept of Taxation during much of the time (holding for next available person) trying to determine what notification is required on a change of trustee for a trust established by my wife's mother's will established for her younger brother. I would have been interested in the products used by the team, but will hopefully be able to ascertain this on future visits I can assure MM that I will defer such phone calls in the future.
I LOVE coming home to a clean, fresh-smelling house!! The extra detail paid (on a rotating basis) to each room is a wonderful addition to an already thorough service. The recent addition of text reminders and follow-ups is AMAZING!! My group is always very open to feedback and has always gone above and beyond to assist me with any challenges.
The last cleaning was the best. They both were on their hands and knees and our house ended up spotless. And very friendly also!

We were so impressed with the extra detail taken to ensure our home felt as clean as possible. The blinds, floors, vacuuming under the bed... it was all amazing.
