first of all, i highly recommend Claudia as a member of your team. she is professional, efficient, thorough, and pleasant. she has been in our home several times and our house always looks the best when she leaves. she never forgets any minor detail. i also like the fact that other team members do a thorough job and i rarely have to have them come back. i don't know about the products used, but there is never a toxic scent in the air when the team is here or when they leave. i have been really happy with Merry Maids!

I find that some of the MM staff do a outstanding cleaning & some just do a basic cleaning, there needs to be more consistent training so all MM staff are at the same level.

I like when I come home and the floor is shiny and the house smells clean. If you can dust a bit more. Attention to little details like baseboards would be great.

I like how Merry Maids does a thorough clean -- ceiling fans, baseboards, cabinets, shutters, etc. -- all the areas that are very difficult for me now that I'm older.

My house just sparkles after the cleaning. The ladies who come and clean are ao nice. That are young and energetic. I feel very comfortable having them in my home. I feel so relieved that I didn't have to do this myself. I am older now and it takes me forever to motivate myself to do the heavy stuff. Now I can go out to lunch with my friends and no my house looks great!

I like to know that you have a SUPER high powered vacuum that really gets into the carpet. And am also quite pleased when you make certain to get in and around electorinics, doors, door jams
