We have found that some employees of MM do an excellent job, listen carefully and ask questions for clarification to enable them to clearly understand our needs and ensure that they can clean our home to meet our needs. These employees have also been able to clarify the services that they have been trained to provide and those requests that we must get agreement to provide from Management. We sincerely appreciate this communication.

I especially like that the Merry Maids staff clean floors on their knees rather than just using a mop which often will miss corners.

products are great and Micki is the best cleaner for our home.

My house is clean when they are finished and if I happen to be there the cleaner/cleaners are friendly and polite.

The house always smells nice and clean when they leave. I love the sparkle of the floors. The teams have all been nice and friendly.

There were a lot of areas that were cleaned that I didn't really think about until they were cleaned and even though there were a couple of areas that I wasn't happy with after the initial cleaning they were taken care of within a day beyond my satisfaction.

The maids did a great shop of cleaning my home to perfection.
