I like everything about your services. I epecially like my Merry Maids - especially Sarah! and Katey - I know one of them isn't with you anymore BUT both do a great job. I think Katey left. So Sarah is my choice each time.

Last week 7/25/14 there was a little work for me to finish - the small ultility room/bathroom, the corners in the bathroom were missed and on marble entry way, I found the floor corners missed as I found a tiny spider web in 2 corners and just dust/dirt in entry way remaining corners.

I just cleaned the corners all in the 2 rooms (no big deal - I have a lot of "off" days myself.

99.9% of the time everything is done just the way I like it. PLEASE I DO NOT want any one to get into trouble. Things happen - that is life!

I just have a "thing" about the floors. :)

I WANT Sarah to be my Cleaner all the time, if possible. She is wonderful.

We are always very pleased with the results of the Merry Maids' visits. Everything is clean and fresh.

Everything except one thing was perfect. The vacuuming needs to be a little better, especially between the couch and end table.

I like the fact that you provide them and I do not need to shop for products.

I like the two ladies who cleaned my house this week. They did an excellent job and were very professional.

I had Alyssa come by again and the house was immaculate. She is a very dedicated and hard working young women. She is very concerned about customer satisfaction. As I said in my earlier, disappointing respond, I don't have to worry when she is the housecleaner for the day. It is when previous crews did not perform to a medium level of performance that I became frustrated. Please make sure you inform Alyssa, as I do, that she is doing a wonderful job on my home. I would very much like to keep her as my cleaner to avoid anymore negativity on job performance.

Thank you for listening to my concerns previously. Mistakes happen, but it is comforting to know that they are discussed and avoided in the future.
