Always show up, although it would be easier if I had a time frame during which to expect them. I understand why, but I think long-time customers should have more regular times. Also, given that not every person/team cleans exactly the same way, over a given period of time, almost everything I would do as a house cleaner is done. I have been with MM for several years and will only leave when I leave my home unless the service becomes bad which so far is great. I try to always have my home neat and messes put away to make it easier for the cleaners to do a more thorough job.

Girls are always on time and do a good job

Merry Maids never has missed an appointment, unlike when we hired an independent contractor to clean our home. Occasionally, the independent contractor could not come – for a valid reasons –, so the house was not cleaned and this was especially critical when we were going to entertain that day or shortly afterwards. Merry Maids because they have a large number of employees has never cause that problem for us.

All the products smell good-no harsh chemical smells. The girls are all friendly and generally do an excellent job.
