the gals are great. my wife is very happy on the cleanliness of our home afterward. as far as the products? know body knows what the name of the products are, I guess there a big secret. We tend to like a lemon fresh smell, from the cleaning products that we have used and we don't get it from your stuff.

You have asked me how you can improve your service to make me more satisfied. Rose did my cleaning last week and I saw so clearly what the difference is. Attitude is everything. While some of the other staff cleaned ok, Rose wanted to do a good job. She was professional but very pleasant and extremely careful and thorough in her work. Others had appeared to be much more casual in how they did their work. She went beyond the obvious. Especially, Rose listened to what I needed and made me feel that I was not a bother to her in any way. It would be nice if everyone worked as she did but then WOW's wouldn't mean so much. She gets one from me.

The team members at Merry Maids are always very professional. They do a fantastic job of cleaning and are very thorough. Their products do not cause allergies in our home. We are pleased that the MM director, Michelle, is very flexible and always accommodates our schedule when there are changes. We are very happy with the MM cleaning service.

Continuity and reliability of service

MM are reliable. We never worry about a "missed day". The cleaning teams do a wonderful job getting our home in order, especially when my husband is home alone while I travel. They really "pick up" for him and accommodate his mobile handicaps.

The employees are very careful as we have items which are on display and breakable. Mirrors and glass are usually very clean and streak free which is very difficult from personal experience. The people who clean our home have always been professional.

Friendly but professional crew members. Listened to what we wanted (or didn't want).

I like that the Maids dress professionally, are courteous, and come to work, not talk and are trained to be expert cleaners. I have found all the products they use to suit my needs, never leaving streaks or too much build up on furniture.

I like every thing, but I do wish you would still empty all the wastebaskets and garbage. Why did you stop doing that?

The ladies are so friendly and caring. I feel like they are taking care of my home as if it were their very own. They were so hard and when they leave my house is sparkling clean. I sometimes think that the house looks just great before they come and then they come and I realize there is so much more to do. When they're gone I am so happy and content. For so many years I clean my house and took care of my family and other needs. And now I have some wonderful help and can relax and enjoy my life. Thank you Merry maids
