Efficient cleaning by nice people. The house looks and smells good when they are done.

The service is great. I really don't know what products are used however they seem to do a good job except for their vacuums as they left a note that they couldn't vaccum my sons floor because it had too many small pieces on it. I in turn upon reading the note used my vacuum with no problem and then emptied the vacuum and then proceeded to vacuum a hall and bedroom area that had been vacuumed by them and my vacuum in turn picked up quite a bit of dirt that their vacuum left behind. They do come back and fix any complaints if anything is not right however I don't believe they have replaced their vacuums as of yet.

I like that I have regular people doing the cleaning. I like that I can modify the cleaning to include rooms that do not often get used and only need intermittent cleaning. MM does a predictable good job every time. Who could ask for more?
