You're stability and work ethic. I can depend on your group and you do a good job. I'm not to aware of the products you use but they seem to be effective. My home is very modest and I could not judge how you do with wooden floors and oriental rugs hence the 9.

I like the people -- in particular, Cathy. She knows what I want/need and takes care of me. If I make a suggestion for changing how something is done, she makes sure it is done the way I want it -- placement of rugs in bathrooms, no stickies on toilet paper, etc. I also lkie your odor fighter spray and the stove grease cleaner. Your very powerful vacuums do a great job on our ugly old carpet.

The cleaners are thorough and conscientious. The office is helpful whenever I need to make a change to the schedule. The upbeat tone of everyone keeps me from feeling guilty about not cleaning the house myself! I really appreciate that. The service has made my life so much easier! And I am never ashamed to have work-related people over on short notice.
