Merry Maids is always on time for cleaning and they are very prompt to address any issues I might have. For the most part, I am very satisfied with the job they do, and I love that I have my time free to do other things around my home besides cleaning!

The current crew pays pretty close attention to detail, including cleaning, and placement of objeccts. We appreciate that. We like knowing that our home will be cleaned every two weeks, and that the team is careful with our belongings.

I like the fact that more than one comes at a time....Makes for a quicker cleaning time & often there are jobs that are better done with more than one person. My whole house sparkled when they were finished.

You are always prompt and courteous. I would say 90% of the time cleaning is done like I prefer. Sometimes I prefer my own products but the ones I use personally,they are always willing to use.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I like the friendliness of the crews that come and how efficient they are. I appreciate that they can be flexible adjusting to my schedule when necessary. The office crew is also very cordial and helpful when I call with concerns or questions. On one occasion MM went above and beyond to help me out. Keep up the good work!
