Friendly, on time, and courteous staff. I asked for a particular cleaner to be used on my floors and forgot to set it out. No matter, the girls found it and used it!

Hmm … A service or product .. May I say Cathy is a service or product? She understands what we need and schedules her cleaning accordingly. On the last visit, she was aware that we were going to have out-of-town guests staying with us. She did her usual cleaning and sweeping, but added extra touches to the bathroom our guest will be using. Another time, it may be the kitchen that gets extra attention. She does her job, but if there is extra time, each area get a little "extra". Her "can do" responsibilities and her friendly attitude can not be matched. I know you train all your employees, but attitude cannot be "trained". (PS: I do like the grease cutter that is used on our stove -- I wish I could buy some for myself.)

I like the service, I am not thrilled about the products you use. Some of the cloths use on glass leaves streaks and there have been times the vacuum cleaner isn't clean and leave a odor. But your service is efficient, meets our needs, the ladies are pleasant to have clean our home.
