The maids usually do a very nice job cleaning my home. The last time, I was not as happy with the thorough cleaning of my master bedroom. I felt things had been left unfinished and not done well. One time the maid had only sprayed my kitchen sink with cleaner and never even wiped it out. If I could mark and 8.5, I would do that!! The wood floors looked fantastic!!!

My housekeeping team is meticulous and always thinking about the best way and the best products to use to clean my house and keep it clean and easy to maintain.
We weren't at home so not very sure about the products. But our apartment looks good.
Friendly workers. Very good response on any issues. We did have a whole clean on the schedule and the maids missed the floors. We called and they arranged to get someone back out immediately.

I will share if asked. The floors are always shining when the worker leaves. I appreciate when I ask the worker to get certain places that are very visible to me, she does it. I like having the same worker come to my home each time.
