My husband was at home when your crew arrived. He was pleased with their flexability as he it would be difficult for him to leave with our son. They worked around him and were understanding of his presense. When I came home, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the house. The areas which annoy me the most were cleaned beyond my patience to do so. My personal items were returned to their original location and nothing was broken (a problem I have had with cleaning services in the past). After just one visit, I was happy to recommend Merry Maids to a co-worker looking to have someone clean him home.

A woman named Joann often cleans our house. She does an excellent job. When I walk in the door I can tell if she is the person who cleaned it.

Emma and First name removed did a great job. They did some things I didn't expect such as making the bed with square corners.

The services were great! The team missed a few places on the first cleaning, but nothing that we can't correct on the next visit.

I am a recent widow and keeping up with a 5-bedroom, 100-year-old farmhouse is more than I can handle. I opted to give Merry Maids a try before I put a "For Sale" sign in the yard. While I don't walk into a clean-smelling (lemony-fresh)home, there is no chemical smell or after-taste once the mails have come. Also I trust them and don't have to worry about putting anything away once every two weeks. I feel free leaving things out.

The only thing I have to complain about is they take a swipe on the top of the furniture. I only find one after every cleaning. I'm very well pleased with them, always have been. Rachael gave us a very good cleaning after been gone for three months. The dust was so thick.

Your personnel are conscientious

I like the products used. I especially like Brenda Nelson and wish she could come every time. One time someone new was here and my wood floors were not cleaned properly. I don't know if the cloth used was too dirty or what but the floors were streaked. For the most part, things are done well and if there is something they are missing, I simply tell them and they do it the next time.
