My wife and I love EVERYTHING about Merry Maids! They are safe, secure, very proficient cleaners, respectful of our "things", courteous and have come to be considered just another extension of our family. They know our dogs and cat and know where their treats are kept and make sure they greet our "4 legged children" as well as my wife or I. The house is spotless when they leave and has a scent that communicates the message that they did the very best job possible.
It is hard to relate all the wonderful things that Merry Maids does for us but we highly recommend them and their services to EVERYONE we know. We are also friends with WTZQ folks and are glad they clean that station also! We love the Q and also Merry Maids.

We are very happy with the service. We have a big dog and the hair is everywhere!! Your cleaning service gets it all up!! I'm happy to see the sofa and chair cushions cleaned of all the hair!! The best part is our dog is not afraid of the cleaners!!!

The two ladies who cleaned my blinds did a very good job. The solution they used left no odor. Very pleased and will call upon Merry Maids again.

I liked the efficient manner in which the ladies went to work and continued until the job was done. They were very thorough in their cleaning and the house smelled so good when they were through. They were very careful with all my Christmas decorations and took the time to replace them in their exact spots. I am looking forward to their next visit!

It was a great experience from start to finish - from the woman who came to evaluate the job - she was sweet and professional and informative. the woman who came to clean did exactly what was agreed upon - swiftly and professionally. Your girls did a good job, I was pleased with the outcome, accept I felt toward the end of the day when a new girl came to help there was a window ceil track that was not cleaned and I had to do it myself after they left, It was overlooked I guess, when I mentioned it to Nikki she didn't offer to have them come back and do it and I had paid 600.00 already and could not pay any more. Also when you send another worker out it would be helpful to let me know I am being charged additional for her. You did take that off and I appreciate that. I like Merry Maids but I think you are very high in your cost. 96.00 an hour is pretty extreme. Also when they take a lunch break that should be deducted from their time, I asked the girl if they deducted it and she said no. Again they did a good job and I am grateful for that. They were pleasant and that was nice too.

Friendly,professional service and fragrance free cleaning products.

Friendly and polite...the fact that cleaning is done efficiently and methodically saves so much time and using less caustic, 'greener' cleaning supplies leaves the house clean without a chemical smell. The ability to change time and dates in an emergency is also important.

Do a good job and ask question if in doubt of what to clean.

I was well pleased with how the ladies took an interest in satisfying us in our home cleanliness. It smelled so fresh!

I liked the professionalism of the MerryMaids lady who came to my home. Though I don't use cleaning ladies on a regular basis, I need them when out-of-town kinfolks visit. I feel quite inadequate when 'perfect' relatives come, and having help ahead of time reassures me they won't see a stray spider web somewhere.
In the past I've used ladies who advertise their cleaning services locally, and I have been disappointed. Often, they need to leave/return/leave/return in the same day to drop off/pick up their kids, etc. One lady returned with two children because her sitter wasn't available. All that 'drama' is very distracting to the cleaning lady (and to me).
I feel like MerryMaids would 'screen' their employees and require them to be totally available to focus on the tasks at hand during working hours. While I feel sorry for single mothers who struggle, other public jobs don't allow them to show up with kids in tow.
I especially liked the lady who came from MerryMaids. She was very focused, polite, professional, thorough, hard-working, and did a great job. If I'd had a problem, I feel sure MerryMaids would have addressed my concerns properly, so I plan to always use their service.

Because of unforeseen circumstances Linda had to work by herself in what I can only describe as a mess; my mess. She never complained, smiled every time we interacted. She did a fabulous job.

I loved the fact that she came with all of her own supplies including a vacuum. I didn't have to worry about purchasing specific supplies to meet her needs.
