The team who came to deep clean my house were professional and courteous. We did a walk-through before I left for work and clarified any questions. Recommendations made by Phyllis the team leader were useful. My house has never looked or smelled as clean in years. I asked for Murphy's Oil Soap on my wood floors, and unscented products so it didn't smell sanitized when I came home from work that night. It was a pleasure to walk in the door. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to friends.

I am very satisfied with the thorough cleaning of every room, including the kitchen. I have not had a knowledge of the type of products that are used. But whatever they are must be working because I am very happy with the cleaning process.

The two ladies that showed up to clean my house were on time, friendly, experienced and really good at cleaning. I had had a "crisis" in that the people that live above me had a leak underneath their toilet and were unaware of it until it started dripping through my ceiling. It required a lot of work involving lots of dust and dirt. I decided to get someone besides me to give my house a "deep" cleaning. That's what I got from Merry Maids. The house looked and smelled so good after they worked their magic. Will use them again for sure.

I have been a customer for about 6 years and like anything, there have been ups and downs. Since I work from home it is important for me to have the same people come to my house each time. In this way, there is a continuity to the service and I do not have to walk them thru the house. After many trial and errors, we have the right person and she manages the partner she brings along. I don't have to do anything but sit in my office and work. Of course like any service business, not all are created equal. Merry Maids has been very open about hearing the good and the bad. Fortunately it has mostly been good. When it is bad, they always have corrected the error. All in all, I can say it has been a good experience and now it is an excellent experience. As far as products go, I am highly allergic and they are very good about only using products that are fragrance fee. As long as Leslie comes to my house, I am a happy camper and a happy customer.

I have been a client since moving into area ~4 years ago, (because I have lower back issues and it hurts to clean) and plan to remain as a client. The Asheville Merry Maids office knows I like only a few certain team leads for our home, and they accommodate, plus they will let us know if they cannot fill the billet and will call to reschedule. We have enjoyed the trust and comfort of a few of the older in tenure employees like Phyllis and Sam, and know that our expectations will be met.

Stacy did exactly what I needed. Like that she brought all of her own supplies and, especially, that she washed the tile floors on her hands and knees.

We have only had one cleaning, so it is really too early to know for sure. We loved Phyllis.

Service providers Linda and Tabitha were very helpful and cleaned well despite move-in boxes everywhere!

Look forward to having them regularly once I’m a bit more settled in.

I like the flexibility of the seniors and singles plan. It worked very well for me. I was impressed with how much Stacy got done in an hour and 15 minutes. Will definitely call again. I am considering regular service if I can ever figure my own regular schedule.
