I live in Atlanta and enjoy Core Power very much down here in Georgia. My parents live in Nashville and I try to visit your Core Power when I am in town. Honestly, Toby is the best instructor. I absolutely love her class. I specifically looked up the schedule to see if she was teaching this last weekend. It was GREAT! She should come down to Atlanta to train our sculpt teachers. So many of them keep their classes too cookie-cutter. Toby actually incorporates two cardio sessions and different options for weights. Tell her that I love the "barbie arms" workout.

Kelly is an outstanding instructor! I’ve been practicing for more than 14 years and teaching for about 7. I’ve taken many many classes over the years lol. I really enjoyed Kelly’s sequencing she kept it really fresh and I did a couple things that I’ve never even tried before!
She was very welcoming when I came to the studio and she took her time to chat with me after class

CorePower Yoga is my favorite workout ever! The yoga classes are the perfect amount of challenge and the Sculpt class is one of the best workouts I've ever done! I love CorePower and would recommend it to anyone. I feel like I get stronger everytime I go and can see the progress I've made since my first class!
Christina the teacher I had was phenomenal. She was energetic, engaging and kept her enthusiasm up throughout the class which helped to keep me going! Being new to the class she was encouraging and never made me feel like a newbie! So grateful for the class and teachers!!
I joined at the Green Hills location in February, and have only gone there until this past week when I finally had an opportunity to go to Brentwood. I could not have been happier to find Stacey and Gilbert there!!!! It’s such a pleasure to be guided by either one of them.For me, both locations are friendly, positive and welcoming. Brenda,Sydney, and Chelsea in Green Hills are equally wonderful. There are many others who are great too, but there too many to name them all.
