I've felt very welcome which means a lot being new to yoga. I have enjoyed the C1 classes and appreciate the hands on assistance from the instructors. I feel like I've gotten a work out and am more relaxed after each class. Would highly recommend and will be trying one of the other classes soon.

Truly hard workout class. I loved it. I feel like I could get into great shape if I could take this class 3-5 times per week.

I am new to Core Power, so far I am really loving the friendliness and love from the staff. Everyone is so inviting and cheery. The studio is very nice as well! I love both rooms.

Love that corepower has come to Tennessee! I've had a few issues with follow up and communication at the studio - I've sent several emails/phone calls that have gone unreturned.

Cindy, the instructor, was awesome! I had never really done yoga and she helped my get through my first class. I couldn't wait to come back the next day. Great place all around! I do wish you offered towels in the locker room for showers though

I've been looking for a place that's not just straight, one type of yoga!! This place is everything I was looking for and more!! And when they say "hot yoga" they actually mean hot yoga!! Love this new studio!

I've taken classes at Core Power in several states. I love the modern, clean, comfortable facilities and the teachers are always inspiring and motivating. My first visit to the Brentwood location was lovely. Can't wait to go back for more classes! So glad we finally have a core power in nashville!

Great classes so far

I walked in to take my first ever yoga class on Saturday for the grand opening and now Im hooked! All of the staff are super welcoming, hands on, and explanatory in class and outside. The studio is wonderful with high-end amenities and retail. Truly and awesome space with amazing teachers!

Your studio is clean and you offer challenging classes.

I will be even more grateful if you can add some Sculpt class options at either 5am or 6am. For working folks who work out in the morning, it would be great to have some variety. Thank you!

So far I like the number of offerings per day, the location, facilities, and the classes I've taken so far.

I love the classes... teachers are well trained, classes are the right amount of intensity and focus on breath, and there are lots of options for class times
