Very relaxed environment. Teacher did a great job of pushing you to your limits in an encouraging way!

I really like the classes and most of the instructors. They are challenging and engaging with the students. I am however not thrilled completely because one of the instructors Nikki brings a negative attitude to class and a harsh quality that effects the participants. I am a personal trainer and group ex instructor so I understand how to push and encourage people to work hard. She however is negative and says things like “if you can’t hold this pose with your leg in the right position I will come around and make you change your position”. There are other examples but needless to say I avoid her classes and have even gone to a different location when her class time was the only one that fit my schedule. I am not the only one that feels this way. I have talked with other participants and the feeling is mutual.

I love Corepower yoga! I love having the option of more traditional hot yoga in addition to Yoga Sculpt. They are both perfect complements to my marathon training. All of the instructors are so caring and open and you can tell they really love what they do.

Classes are really challenging and the instructors do a great job of teaching how poses should look, what they should feel like and what muscle groups are being worked. I also enjoy when we get time to ‘play’ with headstand or other tough poses. Excellent studio!
