I enjoy your teachers! Nikki, Chrissy, Gilbert, Annie, and Kelly are fabulous. Their classes are hard but encouraging. Gilbert’s humor makes the classes fun. Kelly and Chrissy are so incredibly positive and Annie and Nikki challenge you to always try ew things even if you think you can’t! Christina is such a great manager. She is always so welcoming and makes you feel like you are one of the team. I love you guys!!

The instructors are absolutely amazing and have taught me so much. The workouts are challenging and really push me to better myself and try things I’ve never done before. I love this place!!

The instructors are so nice and do a great job instructing and motivating in class. I especially enjoy Crissy, Cristina and Naomi (I don’t think that is the way you spell her name but you get the idea). They are all awesome!!

I LOVED the class! It was my first time and I went to the sculpt class and the work out was amazing! I burned almost 400 calories and had so much energy after. The music was high energy, which helped motivate me through the workout. I will be returning!
