Such a welcoming awesome place! I really get the hard, intense workout I am looking for. All my teachers are so motivating. The locker rooms are extremely nice and always clean. By far my favorite place to workout!!

Joesph is one of my favorite instructors. His classes are extremely challenging but I always seem to make it til the end. He is constantly encouraging you along but always challenges you to push yourself just a little farther. I love it!

You don't have to schedule and worry about canceling if you can't make it at the last minute! I also feel I am getting an amazing workout without doing strenuous exercises that would hurt my joints.

My husband and I were on a road trip and we stopped in Nashville. I appreciate the core power studio network and the brand consistency. I really needed some yoga after all that driving! Kelly, my instructor, was wonderful and her class helped me be a nicer person while driving that day!

I visited this studio while travelling and found it to be another very, very good Core Power studio. Staff and students were very friendly - and I happened to go to a class that was packed - and it was packed because it was the last class a beloved teacher (and studio manager) was teaching before she moved to Texas. It was an honor to be part of that class and experience how the local students honored a beloved teacher. Loved the class, the instruction, th - and the energy.
The only thing I missed was the lemon lavender wash cloth at the end of class - I guess not every place does that. So glad they do it here near Chicago where I usually go.

I like that there are so many classes each day. My schedule fluctuates a lot so it’s nice to know there’s almost always a class I can make it too.

I invited to try Core Power by a girlfriend and so I gave a class a try and loved it. The progression of heat and movements was something that I have not experienced before. It was addicting and worth going back.
