Student Testimonials
Awesome! And ghe unlimited $105 monthly is what hooked me! If I come to more than 5 classes, which I will, majorly getting my money’s worth. Snd the workout is AMAZING. Rachel is fabulous.
Love the consistency and the instructors!
I’ve been with CorePower yoga since 2016, I love the programs and culture.
Clean and open space is the best part along with the teachers. Do wish there were more C2 classes vs. Sculpt especially in AM but regardless studio is wonderful!
The instructors are very nice and helpful.
I have been a loyal Core Power Black Tag member since it opened in Brentwood, TN. There are some teachers I love, love, love, and generally I go only to their classes. I do both C2 and Scuplt. The studio is always clean, the music is always great, the schedule has quite a few options in general, and the teachers I go to are well prepared, knowledgeable, skilled, motivating, and have challenging routines. The location of both studios in TN work well for me, and I like having the option to use both. The clothing options are quality, and there are plenty of sales which I love (though I don't buy a lot of merchandise in general.). My complaints are few, but important to me. First is a computer situation: If I sign up for a class for a certain day and time with a scheduled teacher and the teacher changes, I would like a notification by email. It is frustrating showing up for a class and the teacher has changed. I know a change isn't always avoidable, but getting the notification would be most appreciated and helpful. Secondly, I wish the stronger teachers were in the prime/busiest time slots. For our Brentwood studio, this is mornings. I would rather not go to Core Power for a weaker teacher, and that's frustrating since I would like to go nearly every single morning. Lastly, I do not like the 45 minute Sculpt class, I prefer a 60 minute class. It's a better workout. Thank you.
The front desk and the instructors were very nice. I just started yoga and as with anything new, there’s reluctance. However, I felt comfortable walking through the door and confident walking out.
I know the classes are a bit advanced, especially with me not knowing any yoga lingo and no experience, the instructors were doing modifications for some of the poses and I felt great about that.
Will be doing some C1 classes at Green Hills to build the foundation and continuing to take the C2 classes as well!
Angela was a Great teacher for first ever class! I will for sure be back
Tobi and the other staff members are very communicative. I always appreciate when instructors are mindful of modifications and injuries, so I don’t have to worry about exacerbating existing injuries. The practice approach is take what you need from the cues, and otherwise modify when needed. The classes can be rather crowded, but the other practitioners seem to be comfortable in their own space. That being said, I wouldn’t mind an additional reminder regarding phones in the studios. Then again- I am not 100% sure of the policy.
The instructor was great. Studio was clean and cozy. I love the evening classes, wish there were more options.
Great teachers and environment! Weekday class times would be my only critique.
Very nice spacious studio, great instructor!
Love the intensity of the class, great balance of power and mindfulness.
A great experience!! Exercise for ALL your body!! Good music and amazing teacher!!!
Extremely knowledgeable instructors and the facilities were spotless...can't wait to go back!!!
Flexibility to come as you like (no commitment) great classes, great teachers
The teachers are motivating and the location for me is awesome!
I loved the welcoming I received from the moment I walked into the studio. Although I had never been to a CorePower in studio class, I felt like I belonged and like I could easily navigate through the studio. The community of members were also very welcoming and made sure that I felt welcomed and ready for the class ahead. The class itself was very beautifully lead with many different options for advancements and opportunities to tone down a bit. Everyone was acknowledged individually and as a whole which was beautiful as well. Overall, I could really feel in my heart that this was just a beautiful studio filled with beautiful humans.
Great teachers and studio!
Love it.
Only request is that there’s a 45 minutes option earlier in the am. I am finding it hard to do the early hour (kids) and then the 830-915 pushes into my work day. If there’s ever a chance to experiment with a 730-815 for Sculpt that would be amazing.
Thanks!
Paton rocks. She’s an outstanding yoga teacher and coach. I love her classes.
The amenities are clean and have what I need to shower afterwards. Loved that part too!
Great instruction, plenty of room, not too challenging, but challenging enough!
Clean, friendly, consistently good practices. Instructors are always prepared.
And Christina is the heart and soul of the place.
All the instructors are so nice and friendly. The studio is very clean and I feel safe. I do have to get used to the heat during classes but I have only been 3 times. I’m sure I will get used to it. I’m looking forward to my next class today.
The instructors
I am not super advanced in yoga, but I am seasoned. Practicing in a place that challenges you beyond your level is very important to me. Class should feel hard, and maybe even make me fall over a few times :) Tobi does a great job at this!
the best whole body workout in 1 hour or less. super motivating and great energy from the instructors!
Such a clean and fresh space. Great workout, but I felt free to work at my own pace. Small class size.
The staff and environment were very welcoming. It was a wonderfully intense, sweaty, mindful workout. I loved it!

Great energy and instructors. It feels like home and the classes are always challenging and help me to continue to change for the better.
