We felt like royalty! Driving into this massive space, with someone waiting there to assist us with our luggage, take us to the airport, and take care of our car while we were gone was incredible. When we got back, they picked us up at the airport and our car was right there waiting with a cold bottle of water! No waiting in the cold for a bus, worrying about safety in the dark, wondering whether the car is still there - or trying to remember where we parked it! I will be telling everyone about Park ‘N Fly.

A warm welcome when you pull into the lot. The level of service (getting bags on the bus for you!) and the cordial staff. And I like the little bottle of water when I get back. And the app is so easy to use! Thanks.

The pick-up was very prompt and got me to the Main Terminal in plenty of time for my flight. The van was just entering the terminal on my return so had no wait. Both drivers were friendly and helped with luggage. My only complaint is that the directions for checking out weren’t completely clear which resulted in me being double charged. However, the manager of the local facility was able to get the duplicate charge reversed.

You are easy to get to...right off the highway. We were immediately taken to our airline. When we returned, we got on a van in less than five minutes and taken directly to our car. Could not have been better. This is the fourth or fifth time we used your services and have excellent experiences.

Proximity to the airport

It was convenient, cost effective, drivers were courteous. Bus was clean and not crowded. The wait time upon our return was minimal. In the past we had parked in the daily deck level and had a long walk to find our car. We are getting older and the walk is more difficult. This was an easy walk to the pick up area and the bus stopped right at our car. It was pleasant. Even got offered water upon our exit from the lot. Thank you! It was a pleasure parking with you!
