The consistency of drivers picking up on arrival at the ramp. The safe and speedy delivery to the terminal. The prompt pick up at the terminal. The willingness to help with our luggage on and off of the shuttle. Then the reservation system and the electronic check in and check out system works flawlessly! This was my first time using your self park option. On my arrival at 4:00am Monday 3/27/23,
I was met at the outdoor booth by a very pleasant woman who helped me thru the entire process. Charles, my shuttle driver on my return home was very pleasant and helpful, doing his very best to get us on our way back home. I just wanted to give a shout out to these two great employees
