Courteous employees! We were told where to park. Shuttle came immediately to take us to airport. We had same service when we returned.

I love that I can make a reservation ahead of time, prepay, and be guaranteed of a parking space. My car is secure while I'm gone and the shuttle drivers are friendly, efficient, and helpful.

What do you like about our services?

On our return to Miami we took our bags to the departures area and flagged down the shuttle just as the process had been explained to us. When we got to the garage our "baby" was sitting right there waiting for us. The man got our suitcases into the trunk, and we were good to go. Thanks guys!

We had a ride waiting as soon as we parked and did not have to wait longer than 5 mins at pickup! So much simpler than parking at the airport!
