Easy to use, helpful employees ...sometimes the scanning system doesn't work, only problem

The location is easy to find off of the Interstate. It is close to the airport. It is convenient and affordable. Having this service takes the stress off of waiting for someone to drop off/pick up at the airport.

Almost everything was very easy using your service. The shuttle to the airport was immediate, the shuttle arrived pretty quickly when we landed back at Philly, and our car was ready and warm when we got back (we used the valet service). Pricing was very good. The only issue we had was when trying to exit the parking gacility we couldn't get the scanner to read the QR code. We would definitely use Park 'n Fly again.

Convenience of drop off. Shuttle driver Anna was our driver both to our overnight to hotel & a week later when we returned from our trip. She insisted on getting bags on shuttle & very polite. When we were picking up our vehicle, Nancy the service Rep at counter went to retrieve our car herself when it wasn't there when Anna dropped us off. She was apologetic about it, not sure if just not enough valets to retrieve cars for everyone that was on shuttle? All in all, we have never had a really bad experience there.
