It’s convenient and nicely priced. However this time I was charged an additional 14.00 for parking because we got there an hour after what was stated, due to a flight delay, that we had no control over. I didn’t think that was fair and seems like an easy way for the establishment to garner extra money from customers. I could have proven right then and there that we were delayed but it didn’t matter according to the person at the gate.

Staff on site handled an early morning arrival and shuttle to airport very well. Valet service upon return handled equally as well, including staff waiting to assist with luggage.

Just one comment. The valet should let the customer know where the keys are in the vehicle. I had to exit the vehicle and ask a staff person. Down on dashboard, but no readily visible. Maybe make a habit of leaving the key on the console or the seat; recognizable location.

It's very convenient. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our flight at the last minute, and I didn't get a chance to cancel the reservation, so I never got a chance to use the lot the last time. But, then next time I will. You have a very fair cancellation policy, things were just so hectic, I completely forgot about it until it was too late.
