It was a wonderful experience. Will be using Park N Fly again when my wife and I go on vacation.

The process was quick and easy. Scanned my confirmation at the gate, and pulled into an available parking spot, the shuttle bus pulled around shortly after the driver loaded my luggage into the bus, and handed me a ticket with my parking location on it for use upon my return. Got to the airport quickly and safely.

When I arrived at airport the shuttle was already there. The driver put both of my suitcases in the van and on arrival to my waiting car he put them in my car for me.

Drop off/pick up has been good!

We did have one event about 2 years ago... where the shuttle was filled to capacity for about 3 "rounds", and new shuttles were not coming in fast enough, so we waited for the shuttle for 45 minutes.

However, we have not had that problem since

You are convenient, professional and helpful.
However, I often get my car detailed while I'm out of town, and each time I have a problem when I get back, as it seems you can't charge my detailing on the same credit card as my valet service, so I have to go inside and give my credit card again.
I doubt that you will read this, but I hope that, if you do, you will do something about it.
