Pick-up right at the car, 24/7 service, courteous drivers.
The shuttle driver picked us up at the airport around 2am. My car had a dead battery and he jumped started it for us. Also helped us check out at the end. Unfortunately I did not get his name.
Usually prompt. Last trip when picked up at map rode around to drop off at terminal 2 prior to return at parking. Otherwise awesome service

Affordable & easy, very friendly staff. Quick pick up and ride to and from the airport. You also get a free car wash before leaving. I did however have an issue trying to leave. I had read many reviews before purchasing the Groupon for this, and had noticed this situation come up with others, so I made sure to screen shot my scan code and reservation codes which would not work when I was trying to leave. Then the attendant asked for my original flight airfare ticket for departure the day I parked and my drivers license, before they could get me out of the parking lot. I was kind of PO’d especially after being awake for 24hrs and jet lagged on a red eye.....but I get why they had to do it. I just do not understand why they could not track the code or reservation #.
