Used first time and very happy with experience. Very efficient and quick service, app is very easy to use. I booked self parking, but self lot was full when arrived and we were offered valet service with no up charge. Shuttle bus was ready to take us to the airport. On the way back used app for return shuttle. Driver asked about number on the ticket and our car was ready upon return to the lot. Highly recommend.

I think the sign in to become registered could be improved. I never got a confirmation that
I'd been registered so as to add a password. I had just made a reservation a few days ago
and when I tried to sign in for a new registration, I was not recognized.
