Both of my drivers were good, but the first one was great. She asked me questions and was very patient with my questions. This was my first experience and she made me feel comfortable as I was pretty nervous.

Everything worked out as planned. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Cheaper rates if paid in advance. When leaving the parking lot the attendant was great, she looked up our advanced payment because we had lost our slip. Gave us cold waters for the ride home!

I enjoy the friendly staff and the relaxed nature of getting to the airport. I will note that a few additional buses to and from the airport would be helpful as there was a long line of people attempting to get to their car.

We like the location and that we can leave our car parked onside a safe location. The shuttle drivers area always very friendly and helpful.

The only downside is that the code machine never works. There is always some issue with it.
When we got to Park N Fly the machine to get into the covered parking wasn't working and the person at the gate told us we would have to park outside. Ww were able to follow one of the shuttles into the covered area. (The gate opened for them).

When we got back from the airport, our code (both on my phone and a printed copy) wouldn't work to let us out of the gate. The man at the gate had to look us up by phone number and manually do something to open the gate. We had to sit there for about 5-7 minutes before he manually let us out.

This is a good reliable place to park, hope you can get the code machines to work.

Using the CR code made entry and exit very easy and quick. Recommend you set your print page for the CR code to one page rather than the current two page layout.

Proximity to terminal and fairly decent rates. Now that your staffing is back up, wait times are almost nothing when I travel these days.
