The shuttle met us at our car before we even got our luggage out of the vehicle. And the shuttle was at the airport once we received our luggage to pick us up once we arrived back in Chicago. The driver assisted us with our bags both ways. I did not have to worry about getting to the airport on time for our flight. Great service! Would definitely park here again!

Aside from lower cost than the airport's lots, it is a quick shuttle ride (seemed shorter than satellite parking) and the nice driver got going out of the lot quickly because there are enough shuttles that she didn't have to wait. Same on return, a shuttle with a friendly driver who helped get the bags up was right there to take us and one other person back right away without waiting.
