Can’t say enough good things about the service I received. Our bags and my vehicle keys were stolen while on our trip. I had to have a spare key dropped off at the park-n-fly office to get home. When I got picked up at the airport I told the driver and she radioed ahead to have the key ready for me. When I got to my vehicle the key fob batteries were dead and I couldn’t start my vehicle. The driver went above and beyond her normal job to help our family get home. It was midnight when our plane arrived and we would have been stuck another night without Park-n-fly and their dedicated drivers. It was a really hectic day and thanks to the help of the driver we got home.

Have parked here for years and my car is never damaged. There is almost always a driver at the lot to take me to the airport. I get a text when I arrive home and can request a pick up.

Friendly and efficient!

When I was due a refund, it was processed and applied to my credit card immediately. When I forgot my phone in my car, the shuttles were very prompt and I was able to get back to the parking lot, retrieve my phone, and still make it back to the airport with enough time to make my plane. Thank you.

I was able to park quickly. Someone picked me up right away at my car, and then dropped me off again at my car when I came back. I did not have to wait either times. The drivers both times were very respectful and helpful. I was very happy about the service. I would definitely use this place again.
