Quick shuttle times

Overall attention to service. Pick up and drop off at car. Our flight was delayed 3 hours and didn't get in until 1:30 am. we were so worn out and so appreciative of the courtesy shown to us. Offering us bottles of water at the cashier booth for our drive home was so appreciated.

We parked and were instantly picked up by our space and taken to airport. Upon arriving home we caught shuttle quickly and back to our car quickly. Just as it should be.

Quick pickup, Quick drop-off, safe parking facility and I think their prices are very competitive. I have not had any issues anytime I have parked my vehicle here! Would definitely recommend this parking facility. You do need to make the reservations though!

When I notified Park N Fly we were ready to be picked up at the location at the airport to go back to our car. It was less than 2 minutes a van was there to pick us up. Great service.

Shuttle driver Greg is the best!

Easy and convenient, though entry was a bit confusing and could use clearer signage about where to pull in for self park.

VERY friendly staff, shuttle driver remembered us on our return and made sure we knew our parking spot, then assisted us with some issues at the exit gate. We were charged twice for our stay but the woman (Bonita) who took our call once we got home fixed things quickly.

We will definitely continue to use PNF.

With prompt shuttle service and a secure parking lot, Park & Fly makes travel considerably easier. We missed the first shuttle but another arrived within five minutes. I will be using them for all future travel out of SFO.
