Everything went smoothly like it always does.

Great to have the option for covered parking. David was there with the bus and ready to take us to the airport right after we parked in our spot. Omar picked us up at the airport to take us back to our car with only a couple of minutes wait for the van. David and Omar were very polite and courteous.
It was very convenient to be dropped off by our vehicle especially since we had several pieces of luggage.
We recommend Park N' Fly.

Friendly service attendants and drivers.

Had a great drop off and pickup this trip. Basically had the shuttle to myself in both directions. Driver arrived shortly after I arrived curbside which was a great improvement over my last experience of a 15 minute wait. Driver also put my bag in the trunk for me which was above and beyond and GREATLY appreciated at 2AM. Only suggestion is for SFO to improve the lighting at the Harvey Milk terminal. Extremely dark and does not feel safe.

I've always had a good experience parking here. Shuttles are always available whether early in the morning or late night.

Your staff is friendly, efficient and respectful. The shuttles are clean and comfortable. I appreciate the timeliness of the shuttles at the parking lot and airport pick up location. I believe the service had improved considerably over the last couple of years. I also value your reward program and have benefitted with free parking passes, due to our frequent use of your service. I would recommend your Company to everyone!

I am disappointed that this past Monday nite only 1 EXIT was open. Out of 3.
There was a line of about 12 cars. The 1st car had issues! Waited 20 min & I pre paid!! Not good get your act together. Very annoying.

Friendly shuttle drivers! Very convienent.

That your shuttles run frequently and that you get picked up and dropped off at your car.

One word - Easy!!

Multiple options (covered and uncovered parking) available. Shuttles were on time based on the flight arrival times even though my flight was delayed and arrived around 2am CT. Doesn't have to wait for the shuttle at all. Apart from this, avoided a $14 toll fee (to/fro). Would have got charged $14 if I had to park my car in at the terminal or Remote North/South parking. Good deal for sure as they didn't charge me extra even though I missed the pick up time by 4 hours due to flight delays. This is the GOTO place for my parking needs at DFW from now on. Thanks Park 'N Fly team.

It was so nice...well really wonderful to be able to drop my car off to be parked, have my suitcase loaded onto the shuttle, to have a comfy seat for the ride to the airport and to be dropped off right near the outdoor check-in n then to be picked up with my luggage put on the shuttle, have a nice seat on the ride back to Park n Fly Plus and to find my car ready n waiting for me.

The drivers were friendly and so helpful with the loading the luggage on n off the shuttle n into my car.

While l was gone, l received text updates which was a real help when trying to find how to get to the pick-up spot in the confusion at the airport. I'd just show them the text telling me where to be n ask, "How do l get here."

A few more trips and I'll be a pro because l do plan on using Park n Ride Plus anytime l fly! lt truly took the stress out of traveling. Thank you so much for being there.

The price is affordable, indoor and outdoor parking is under surveilance and the drivers are competent, friendly and professional.
