Very organized - this was my first experience with Park n Fly, using the app, etc. All went very smoothly and I liked doing the pre-pay. And your staff who drive the shuttles are so helpful, friendly and fun, and they came to our car right away as we pulled in and parked; and then picked us up at the airport so quickly returning us to our car, even though it was very late at night, approximately 2 a.m.

I hope for future, that one day, the airport will let your shuttles take us to be dropped off at the airport outside of our airlines. We were flying Spirit, and had to walk down the full concourse. However, the walk was good since we knew we'd be sitting for a while on our flight :)
