We have always used valet parking in the past but tried your self park this time and were very impressed with the ease and efficiency of the whole process. The shuttle pickup and delivery was as great as always and the friendly face and greeting from Nancy at the exit gate was a very nice surprise!

One point I would make is that not being a frequent flyer we had no idea where the silver area was for pick up. Finally a worker helped us out. My suggestion is that customers be provided with that information along with the other information about your services. If it was provided, and I missed it, my apologies.
Great customer service
I came late at night and it was the first time I have used park n fly. I got lost and couldn't get our and your midnight staff was as kind, helpful and understanding as possible. God bless "Minnesota nice!" I grew up here back in the 1950's and it was so good see that the best part of the city I left behind has been preserved.
