I used Park N Fly for my recent trip and the service was very easy to use, I have used this company at other airports but this was the first time for SFO and it was easy , the staff was very friendly and answered any questions that I had and was very easy to do the check out process, I will definitely use this service again.
Convenient, price competitive, courteous drivers, well organized lot
Book on line, pay on line. But when go to call he shuttle, could not figure out how to use my reservation to get the local phone number. Had to go to your facility locations to get the address. Additionally, when checking in, wasn't able to use any scanning machine to get in. They waved us up, manually scanned the Q code, then assigned us an area to park in. Seemed like staff had no clue what to do with us.

Like the shuttle. Only complaint was that we flew from Terminal 2; we were not told we needed to call the shuttle # but another passenger told us he had called and that shuttle would be coming soon.
