It was efficient and easy to go back and forth to the airport. The covered parking was full so we had to use uncovered which was anxiety provoking at first but it actually worked out great. I did feel terrible for our driver when we returned home. It looked like nobody have him a tip. That is hard work all day lifting suitcases and he was so pleasant even though it was 1030 at night and all us travelers were tired.

I recently used your lot when flying out for a vacation. I traveled as a single, young female, and when I returned to my car very late at night, I found that my car was dead. The shuttle employee who drove me to my car went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I knew I was safe and taken care of. He allowed me to charge my phone to call for help, brought me a trickle charger to try to jump start my car, and constantly made rounds to check on me- all while assuring me that I wouldn't be left alone or without help. Eventually the charging block jump started my car, and I was incredibly thankful for the extensive customer service and help I was shown. I will definitely be using your lot again the next time I fly. Thank you for your genuine, kind service.

Very close to the airport easy to find right off the interstate. Very quick service to and from the airport. Shuttle pulled up to take us to the airport as soon as we parked our car and we were picked up within a few minutes at the airport when we returned.
